Ernesto Ruggiano has more than twenty years of experience in the IT industry. During this time, he has taken on various IT roles, from software development to team leadership. For the past eight years, he has worked as an external project manager on various projects and for a wide range of mandates. Jovanka Lazarević-Toscanelli
has substantial professional project management experience in the digital environment and vast knowledge in conducting extensive market research and analysis for companies deciding on their market entry strategies. She has achieved the Certified Digital Marketing Professional certification and is interested in automating marketing, sales, and service processes. Her strengths are diligence, strong work ethic, self-motivation, customer-oriented communication, commitment, creativity, flexibility, and diverse language skills. In addition to her native Serbian, she speaks English, Italian, German and Spanish.
Professional experience
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, she gained extensive experience as a language teacher. Afterwards, she founded a media company that quickly attracted several million visitors per year. Her curiosity for innovation led her to regularly introduce new solutions to automate customer communication in the B2C and B2B sectors. Thanks to the combination of different competencies and her initiative, she developed a professional programme for coaching small entrepreneurs and freelancers at the Volkshochschule Bern to improve their digital presence.
At Projekt-Atelier GmbH she is now responsible for digital marketing and online presence.

Heiner Peters
has extensive experience in managing large IT projects and programs, particularly in the area of Swiss internal security. He is a native German speaker and speaks fluent English. His rhetorical skills and analytical thinking are excellent. He is HERMES Advanced certified and holds a law degree, having completed the First State Examination.
Professional experience
Over the course of his career, he has successfully led projects and programs of national strategic importance, particularly in the area of telecommunications surveillance, aimed at the digitization and innovation of processes in public administration. In doing so, he defined the strategy in advance and coordinated it with the stakeholders. With his calm, solution-oriented, and persuasive manner, he has also successfully conducted moderation and coaching sessions. His experience also includes leading IT project managers as a line manager.

has many years of project experience, including both conventional and agile projects. He has a wide range of methodological knowledge and certifications, including Hermes Advanced, IPMA Level C, Certified SAFe 4 Agilist, IREB CPRE Foundation, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation and Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience (CPUX-F). With his extensive expertise and experience, he is able to manage and coordinate complex projects in a goal-oriented manner, to collect professional and technical requirements and to advance architecture topics. His bilingualism in German and French (he grew up bilingual) enables him to work seamlessly in international and multilingual environments and to facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders. His expertise spans all three levels of public administration as well as the private sector. He has successfully led numerous projects in various roles (project manager, business analyst, requirements engineer, product owner, consultant) to their goal.
His passion for UX (user experience) and user-centricity is particularly noteworthy. In many projects, Thomas de Buman has therefore used methods such as usability tests, user interviews, persona development and customer journey mapping to ensure that the focus is on user-friendliness and end user satisfaction.

is a trained Project Manager (Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B) He is certified in HERMES Foundation and Professional SCRUM Master. He is a certified fiduciary and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration. His native language is German, but he also communicates in French, English and Italian.

is an experienced project manager with a strong focus on business analysis / requirements engineering. He is certified in HERMES 2022, Professional SCRUM Master, Professional for Requirements Engineering (IREB), PRINCE2 and ITILv4. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in IT Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Software Engineering and is a trained IT specialist in the field of application development. His native language is German, but he also communicates conversationally in English.

In his IT career, Marvin Pozuelo has successfully led numerous (interdisciplinary) projects to their goal in various roles (software developer, business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager, consultant). In the process, different development and project methods were applied. Agile software development, business process analysis & management, Domain Driven Design (DDD), BPMN, UML, User Experience Prototyping (UX), test case creation & management, as well as classical project methods like the Waterfall Model and the V-Model XT are well known to him from his approx. 10 years of practice.
Due to his several years of experience in management consulting at PwC, he is very experienced in bridging the gap between stakeholders, business and IT and in bringing innovative solution ideas as well as new perspectives into projects.
