is a trained Project Manager (Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B) He is certified in HERMES Foundation and Professional SCRUM Master. He is a certified fiduciary and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration. His native language is German, but he also communicates in French, English and Italian.
Professional experience
In his project management career, Jörg Hofer has successfully led numerous (interdisciplinary) projects to their goal.
in doing so, different development and project methods were applied. Methods and process models such as agile software development, SDLC, waterfall model etc. are well known to him from his more than 30 years of practice.
He is familiar with public procurement law. He has held various roles during his career
(Project Manager / SCRUM Master / Business Analyst / Release Manager / Test Manager) in projects successfully.

Lukas Ulrich
is a trained ICT architect, system engineer & analyst and as a consultant, long-time service provider, mediator and translator of diverse stakeholder groups. Lukas Ulrich holds certifications in agile development methods, IT service management as well as ICT security. Mr. Ulrich’s strengths are in documentation and specification, architecture design, facilitation of stakeholder workshops and strength-based leadership of interdisciplinary teams as well as data and systems analysis. Lukas Ulrich is Austrian, has been working in the Swiss IT environment for ten years and speaks German, English and Spanish.
Professional experience
Lukas Ulrich learned IT service management from various positions in large, partly state-owned companies, moved from service operations to data analysis and automation in public transport, and helped to design decentralized distributed systems in large development teams. A constant interest in data protection, privacy and the rule of law led Lukas Ulrich into management consulting in the field of ICT security and as a system architect in the public sector.
