We manage projects with different project methodologies, for example with the methodology of the federal and cantonal administrations HERMES; or we adapt the project methodology existing in your company; or we design a methodology tailor-made for your company.
WTO IMPLEMENTATION
Public procurement is a particularly important and complex work package in projects. We are glad to offer you our support in the field of public procurement with the following services:
– the choice of the most appropriate procedure for the project situation in question, considering the regulations in force
– redaction of the procurement plan and the necessary documents for publication and evaluation until the award of the contract

Coaching
Do your project leaders need coaching? If you can only invest in one part of your project, wouldn’t you invest in strengthening your leaders and project managers? We accompany your project managers. An essential quality assurance for projects is the coaching of the project leader. This applies to project leaders who take over the management of larger projects as well as to experienced project leaders who want to reflect on their work and attitude with “peer coaching”.
