We help you with technical project management skills (structuring, reporting, etc.) and with human skills (teamwork, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.). – the choice of the most appropriate procedure for the project situation in question, considering the regulations in force<\/p>\n

– redaction of the procurement plan and the necessary documents for publication and evaluation until the award of the contract<\/p>\n

– organisation and facilitation of offer or supplier presentations and related evaluation meetings.<\/p>\n

Our experience is based on the execution for several Swiss public administrations of WTO procurements with a volume over several millions\u2019 Swiss francs.<\/p>\n
