Scope
This Privacy Policy informs users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and processing of personal data by Projekt-Atelier GmbH.
The legal framework for data protection is based in particular on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, other data protection regulations.
Collection of General Information
Whenever this website is accessed, information is automatically collected by us or by our web hosting provider. This information, also referred to as server log files, is general in nature and does not allow us to draw direct conclusions about your identity.
The information collected may include, among other things: the name of the website accessed, the file requested, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the web browser and browser version, the operating system, the domain name of your internet service provider, the so-called referrer URL, meaning the page from which you accessed our website, and your IP address.
Without this data, it would in part not be technically possible to deliver and display the content of the website. The collection of this data is therefore technically necessary. In addition, we may use anonymized information for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and its technical performance. We also reserve the right to review server log files retrospectively if there is a reasonable suspicion of unlawful use of our website.
Handling of Personal Data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. This may include, for example, first name and last name, telephone number and email address. Information about interests, preferences or websites accessed may also qualify as personal data if it can be linked to an identifiable person.
We collect, process and, where applicable, disclose personal data only where this is permitted by law or where the user has consented to the collection, processing, use or disclosure of such data.
Contact Form
If you contact us via the online form or by email, we store the information you provide in order to respond to your request and to answer any possible follow-up questions.
Downloadable Resources and Email Communication
If you request a document, guide, checklist or another downloadable resource via our website, or if you subscribe to receive information from Projekt-Atelier, we process the personal data you provide. This may include, in particular, your email address and, depending on the form, your name, your company and a voluntarily provided telephone number.
We use this data to provide you with the requested downloadable resource and to send you the corresponding link by email. If you have expressly consented, we may also use your email address to occasionally send you information, expert insights and news from Projekt-Atelier.
Providing your telephone number is voluntary. If you provide your telephone number, we use it exclusively for direct contact in connection with your request or the respective downloadable resource.
We use MailerLite to manage registrations and send emails. For customers with a registered office or billing address in Switzerland, the provider is MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland. MailerLite processes personal data on our behalf.
In connection with registration and email delivery, technical information such as IP address, time of registration, and information about the delivery and use of emails may be processed. This information is used for technical provision, traceability of registration and improvement of our communication.
You may withdraw your consent to receive further emails at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, which allows you to unsubscribe free of charge. You may also contact us at any time if you wish to receive information about the data stored about you or request its correction or deletion.
Further information on data processing by MailerLite can be found in MailerLite’s privacy policy.
Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
Our website may include content, services or features provided by third parties. These may include, for example, maps, YouTube videos, graphics or images. In order for such content to be accessed and displayed in your browser, the transmission of your IP address to the respective third-party provider may be technically necessary.
The providers of such content, hereinafter referred to as third-party providers, may therefore become aware of your IP address. Although we make every effort to use only third-party providers that require the IP address solely for the delivery of content, we have no influence over whether the IP address may also be stored by such providers. Such processing may in particular serve statistical purposes.

Data minimization
We store personal data in accordance with the principles of data minimization only for as long as it is required for the respective purpose or as long as required by law. If the purpose for which the data was collected no longer applies, or if a statutory retention period expires, the data will be deleted or blocked in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Your Rights to Information, Correction, Deletion and Objection
You have the right to request information about the personal data stored about you. You may also request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation or overriding legitimate interest preventing this.
Exceptions may apply where data storage is required for business processing purposes or where the data is subject to statutory retention obligations.
For any such requests, please contact the contact point listed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
If it is necessary to prevent repeated contact, we may retain certain data in a restricted list for control purposes. If there is no statutory retention obligation, you may also request the final deletion of your data.
If you request access to the personal data stored about you, we will provide it to you in a readable format, insofar as this is required by applicable law.
Change to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time in order to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements. This also applies if the Privacy Policy needs to be updated due to new or revised services, for example new website functions or service offerings.
The updated Privacy Policy will apply from your next visit to our website.
