Scope

This Privacy Policy informs users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and processing of personal data by Projekt-Atelier GmbH.

We use MailerLite to manage registrations and send emails. For customers with a registered office or billing address in Switzerland, the provider is MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland. MailerLite processes personal data on our behalf.

In connection with registration and email delivery, technical information such as IP address, time of registration, and information about the delivery and use of emails may be processed. This information is used for technical provision, traceability of registration and improvement of our communication.

You may withdraw your consent to receive further emails at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, which allows you to unsubscribe free of charge. You may also contact us at any time if you wish to receive information about the data stored about you or request its correction or deletion.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

Our website may include content, services or features provided by third parties. These may include, for example, maps, YouTube videos, graphics or images.
